I think it is admirable for you to be able to tell anyone about these occurrences. They can be scary. But what can even be scarier is the way that people may choose to treat you. Since this seems to be an emerging gift, you are well within your rights to be circumspect as to who has access to the details.

I suggest you find a way to catalog these things using some sort of time stamping, so that you can prove it after the fact. An easy way to do this is to write it down. Put it into an envelope, completely seal it with paper tape. Take it to the post office and have the envelope and tape stamped with the hand stamp canceling stamp the teller will have. Now place a stamp on it and mail it to yourself. This protocol has been around a long time. The paper tape and markings are a seal, when disturbed, can be detected. The act of mailing it is certification of the date.

As to advise, I believe that people that are discovering their natural gifts should explore them. If you deny them, it is like living with a lie. It causes us damage on subtle energy levels.
