Shehna,

In the context of the article as it is presented, your right. But when we think of a good friend, we often forget our best friend, ourself. What I am alluding to is that there are other ways to extract the solutions that we need form our own subconscious.

We teach methodology that opens the door for us to find these solutions on our own - independently. There is also another way of looking at this; what if the person wants to keep their problems and the solutions to their problems private? You need the device to help you find your solutions from within.

The above solutions are good and runnable for oneself, but some problems need more than these solutions. If the problem is complicated and we can't solved ourselves, then discuss it with a good fiend who can understand you.
