Combat Depression – Smile!

Here you are again at the end of another year, and guess what? It always ends up the same way for you. Once the event is over, you are depressed. The air has been left out of your balloon; you are down in the dumps… Viva passé.

The lead-up to your event you have planned so much for, given so much energy towards, and looked forward to for so long has finally arrived… and is over. All the preparation, the anxiety that everything will turn out right, that everyone will “get along”. Ha! All the energy you have poured into creating the perfect event has left you flat in the aftermath.

Depressed

So, now you are depressed. Are you just going to stay depressed? Or are you going to do something about it?

Initiative

One of the easiest ways to pull yourself out of the doldrums is to give yourself a task that you can really sink your teeth into. When was the last time you did anything different, or new?

Paradigms

Look at your life; the routine of the things you do each day, the types of people you are around, the beliefs and opinions you support. All of those limit you in what is referred to your “paradigm”. Your paradigm is your version of reality; your “matrix”. Most people do not do anything different from day to day.

Carpe Diem!

Seize the day!

Time is of the essence. Time is too short to stay depressed. Do something different. Don’t hesitate. Experience something new. Learn something you never knew before. Meet some new people. Start right now. Make a list of 10 things you would like to do, that you would not normally do. Pick 1 or 2 of them and get started.

Results of your actions

It will make you feel great! Once you start accomplishing your new directions, you will get a good feeling; a feeling of self-worth and self-esteem. A feeling of “I am Alive!” You will feel better about yourself and the world you live in. Be prepared to leave your depression behind.

Did you know you are what you perceive?

What you think about yourself becomes your reality your own self-fulfilling prophecy.

Do you know that your beliefs define your reality?

This limits you for everything you do in life, even success.

What is “Whole Brain Learning”?

There are ways that you can exercise your brain to become stronger Whole Brain Learning incorporates ALL parts of the brain And achieves great results.

Train the Functions of Your Brain

Beliefs create your reality. They may be your interpretation of who you are or your interpretation of what others think of your capabilities.

Beliefs are manifested in the conscious mind as well as in the subconscious mind. Your mind must be free of certain limiting beliefs before insight can occur spontaneously.

A quality of this insight is that you see the “whole” instantaneously, rather than only the “parts”.

Brain Management, using Mental Photography is a very advanced Whole Brain Learning and Hemispheric Balancing. It super-excites your brain on all levels of consciousness, simultaneously. This balance will guide you in reaching your full potential.

I believe some of the points listed here will give you a clearer insight and perspective into the person you are, AND the person you would like to be. Please just take a moment on each topic and ponder how such an idea might impact your life. We want the same thing that you want – to be HAPPY!

“You are what you perceive”

You must first realize “you are what you perceive”. Unless you change your inward consciousness, you cannot change your outward reality. You must see things as a whole and you are a part of that whole. The outside (of your life) integrally connects to the inside (what motivates you at a deeper level). By just using words (conscious level), without going within (subconscious), limits your results.

Programming your Subconscious?

The Brain Management system teaches you how to program your own subconscious to promote positive changes in your life. This is a simple, quick non-intrusive format for success that can be achieved easily. Many people in the world today wish to keep their personal life confidential. Brain Management gives you the tools to make changes or address your issues that hold you back.

Changing Paradigms – OR – Modifying your reality to a better one.

Create your Happiness!

Brain Management recognizes and justly informs you that your paradigms will be challenged by what you learn. (This is NOT taught in school!) You will most likely be exposed to ideas that exist outside of your present belief system.

You will choose to accept some, but other ideas and ideals, you won’t.

The objective is for you to find a greater reality for yourself and venture beyond your limitations to reach new goals. If you learn to do this in one way, you can then use that success to allow yourself success in other directions.

Most people find that they really don’t want to be where they are in life. Do you feel as unfulfilled as that? Then you need to work through your challenges, remove their limitations, and enhance your life in a positive way. Recognizing your need is often your first big challenge.

TRUE Story: One of my clients (actually, this happens to allot of my clients) went back to her life after receiving training from me that would strengthen her brain, clear the cobwebs, allow her to focus on what she truly wanted in life, and the techniques to make it come into her reality.

Within a week she rang me up. She was struggling under the weight of how quickly EVERYTHING was coming into her reality. All types of wonderful things. Everything that she truly wanted to have happen DID! (It’s a nice problem to have.) But she felt guilty! Guilt was now her burden. She actually felt that she was not worthy to receive what was handed to her on a gold platter.

We talked about what she wanted to achieve, AND to deal with her new problem. We, together, decided that her best remedy would be that she could turn the flow on or off — like a faucet. (good analogy) So, together, we came up with a suitable way to moderate the flow of great things happening to her.

After she plugged her remedy in, she felt much more in control. If things got too hectic, she would just turn it off until she was ready for the next batch of good things to happen to her.

Whenever you experience this type of thing, it doesn’t only happen to you, it also influences all of those around you in a positive way too.

EVERYONE benefits!

Enhance your creativity

By assimilating music with Mental Photography and Whole Brain Balancing techniques, a person can optimize their musical talents. The information is treated and converted like a language and installed into the subconscious.

Imagine…. a solo pianist watched by thousands in the audience, or perhaps millions by television. The only things that are real to the pianist is the piano, herself/himself and the flow of music – nothing else in the world matters; he/she is totally locked in.

Emotions well up within the pianist.

Those emotions too, flow with the music to the audience with such beautiful intensity.

We teach you how to use and benefit yourself by using the Brain Management Process.

Instability in a Naked World!

Life is NOT Fair!

The following article may be very confrontational to some people. If you are easily disturbed by content that does not agree specifically with your beliefs, it may be better for you to pass this article by and not read it. Please keep in mind that “Mind To Mind – The Brain Accelerator” is proposed as a pressure cooker of ideas to stretch your mind, and reveal to you some places you may not want to go – To depart from the ‘comfortable’ into intrigue!

Where is it written that life is supposed to be fair? I would like it to be. You would like it to be. Many, even most people would like it to be. Even with the compelling majority of the population agreeing that life should be fair, why isn’t it?

First, let’s put a few things aside so that we can achieve a clearer picture. Rich vs. Poor, Pretty or Not, Race or Nationality, Privileged or Under-Privileged, Young or Old, Difference of religion, or lack of Thereof. These parameters are often what people use when they compare themselves to other people. Do you? See, most people use these as reasons or excuses why someone is or is not worthy of being treated fairly, amongst other things.

People often use these parameters to decide how they will treat others. This is also used to establish which person “I” will be more or less fair to. Why? If we are looking at fairness, would it not be right to be fair to everyone equally?

The Unfair World

Let’s take this one step further. Let’s say you are walking down the street and are approached by a person wearing ripped and dirty clothing, maybe has a bad odor, maybe unclean. The person gets within your personal space and asks “Do you have the Time?” How would you react? Would you treat that person the same as every other new person you meet? What assumptions have you come to before the person has even opened their mouth to ask you a question?

In the world we live in today, with the economy rather out of control, World Governments taking unprecedented steps to save their ASSets,… That same person may have been one of the HAVEs of yesterday, but today that person has nothing but themselves and the rags on their back. This has been occurring globally. We may need to look at another form of assessment before making our judgments.

What would happen if we simply erased the differences? What would we be left with? Would it be easier to be fair to others? See, fairness has to start somewhere. It starts with you! It’s the enactment of the ‘Golden Rule’. Why should someone else treat you fairly, if you haven’t treated them fairly, first?

Naked World

Another way to look at this is if everyone in the world were ‘naked’. You, me, everyone! The initial reaction would be off the charts, everything from passion to loathing, from hysteria to xenophobia. It would give new definition to ‘the crowded elevator has more than 1 person in it’. But, after time, everyone would get used to it. The perversion would give way to curiosity, and eventually fade to dull and boring. No, I am not promoting nudism. This just paints a better picture of who we all are without all the window dressings.

You may be a bit uncomfortable at the thought of it. You may be highly incensed, or you may be completely switched on to what I am talking about. Take the moment – see and feel yourself in the ‘Naked World’. What would you do? How would you feel? Who would you be fair to? Who would be fair to you? What reason would you give others to be fair to you?

Well, luckily for you, the Nude Bomb never went off, and we don’t live in a ‘Naked World’. I am sure that some of my readers found the idea of a naked World Excruciatingly Delightful and others found it horrifying.

You have just experienced a mental exercise!

You did it without even knowing you were DOING something. (It’s very similar to how Mental Photography is after you use it for a while.) You visualizing yourself cast in a different reality gives you a great point of reference to what your current paradigm, or box of reality, is. In order to understand what you carry with you within your paradigm, you must look beyond your boundaries to outside your box of comfort. This shows you what is NOT in your box.

Congratulations! Due to your personal involvement with this brain exercise, you can now see some of your boundaries. If you choose to, you can push those boundaries back and experience more that life offers.

I know you are probably thinking, but I was going to read about why Life isn’t Fair. Well, LIFE IS about learning! What just happened is I have shown you how to find your true reality, and a way to observe and change it.

I believe if you were to qualify those properties of this article, you would find it is even more than FAIR – because I have given you something of value without you even asking.

With my RESPECT to my fellow Humans,

Shannon Panzo
